In 2016, pancreatic cancer will claim over 41,000 lives in the U.S. Three out of four patients will die within a year of being diagnosed. And pancreatic cancer is projected to become the 2nd leading cause of cancer-related death in the U.S. by 2030, surpassing both breast and colorectal cancers. The only way to change these statistics is to act with passion and determination. Since 1997, Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research has been relentlessly leading the fight against this disease.
